Shipping Policy

Every Twig & Toad order is packed with care before heading out into the wider world.

Processing Times

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

There is only one pair of hands tending to Twig & Toad, and rather a lot of things requiring those hands. Here in the Hollow, hurrying is considered a questionable habit, particularly when sharp objects, hot soap, or the post office are involved.

Rest assured, your parcel will be packed with care and sent on its way as promptly as good sense allows.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more within the United States. For orders below $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Processing and shipping times are separate, and carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, occasional delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package seems to have wandered off or something doesn’t look right with its delivery, please reach out. We’re always happy to help you figure out what happened.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to correct it before your package ships.
