Twig & Toad is a small, story-led soap studio from a make-believe corner of the woods we call Tumbledown Hollow. We work tiny, slow, and intentional—mixing botanicals, clays, and woodland notes into bars and balms that feel like a walk under green branches.

Meet Twig & Toad

Twig is a curious squirrel with a satchel full of findings—maps, acorns, and ideas.
Toad keeps a calm den beneath a toadstool, brewing teas and testing soap recipes until they’re just right. Together, they gather what the Hollow offers and make good, useful things.

What We Make

• Soaps — cold-process bars with earthy clays, herbal swirls, and gentle textures.

• Hollowbalms — pocket balms for everyday comfort.

• Field Notes — a tiny printed note tucked with each soap or balm, part lore, part scent story.

• Hollowcards — small collectible cards from the world of the Hollow.

How We Make It
Small batches. Thoughtful ingredients. Natural color from clays and plants. Each bar is hand-poured and uniquely swirled—no two exactly alike, like stones in the streambed.

Collect the Hollow
Every season, a new chapter and new cards arrive. A random Hollowcard tucks into orders, and Field Notes tell the story behind each scent. Watch your set grow with the Hollow.

Here in the Hollow, the air hums with quiet stories. Every now and then, one of us sets down our teacup long enough to write a few lines - about patience, about making things slowly, or about the scent of rain on bark.
The Hollow Post is our shared journal: a gathering of short tales, reflections, and seasonal notes from the creatures of Tumbledown Hollow. Some arrive as letters from Forest-Warden Fenn, others as excepts from Twig's Field Notes or Toad's den log.
