The Department of Hollow Affairs has received the following public comment regarding Community Complaint No. 1.

Comment Submitted:

"If the woodpecker waits until after sunrise, how is he supposed to finish before lunch?"

The Department acknowledges that this is, regrettably, a reasonable question.
The comment has been entered into the record.

Further discussion was postponed after two staff members became distracted attempting to determine whether woodpeckers technically own clocks.

No conclusion was reached.
